Action Required: CC&R Amendment Voting - Deadline Monday, May 5 5:00PM

Dear Neighbors,

As we continue our efforts to enhance the beauty and value of our community, the Board is reaching out to urge your support for a pending CC&R Amendment regarding our landscaping services.

The Goal: Enhancing Our Community’s Appearance

Currently, under Section 8.2.2 of our CC&Rs, our landscaping partner, Agave Inc., is authorized to maintain landscaping only up to the front surfaces of the dwelling units. The Board has initiated this amendment to expand Agave’s service area to include side yards extending back to approximately the rear fence of your backyard.

We believe this change will significantly enhance the consistent quality of landscaping throughout the entire community.

Why This Amendment is Necessary

While the change in wording may appear slight, it is critical for two main reasons:

  • Contractual Alignment: We must ensure our contract with Agave perfectly matches our governing documents.

  • Liability & Insurance: It is vital that our service areas align with our insurance liability policies to ensure the Association and its homeowners remain fully protected.

How to Cast Your Vote

By now, you should have received several voting communications from AAM. If you haven't yet cast your vote, please take a moment to do so now.

  • Deadline: All votes must be submitted no later than Monday, May 5, at 5:00 PM.

We Are Here to Help

If you have any questions about this amendment or the voting process, please simply reply to this email. A Board member will be happy to discuss this further with you.

Thank you for your continued partnership in keeping our community a beautiful and safe place to live.

Best regards,

Rob, Keith and Michael
