HOA Maintenance Guide Available! Bringing Clarity to Our Community

Dear Neighbors,

We are very pleased to announce that the Board has completed a first of its kind Maintenance Guide of our Adero Villas homeowners. As Rob mentioned during our April 22nd community board meeting, our goal with this project was to bring long-overdue clarity to home maintenance questions.

As many of you can relate to, the wording in our CC&Rs can be quite vague. This has made it frustrating and difficult in the past to determine exactly what falls under homeowner responsibility versus what the HOA covers.

To resolve this, we worked closely with our Association attorney, Curtis Ekmark, to carefully interpret the CC&R language and develop a straightforward, simple reference guide for everyone to follow. Because this guide serves as an official clarification and interpretation of the existing rules—rather than a formal amendment to the CC&Rs—no homeowner vote is required.
