Irrigation System Repairs
We recently learned that the Parcel 8's irrigation system requires significant repair. The main controller unit failed, which impacted the watering schedules for Buckboard Court and Campsite Court properties. After replacing the hardware, additional system troubleshooting revealed that a large number of valves also require replacement. The Board recognizes the urgency of maintaining a relaible irrigiation system and has authorized the complete repairs. Work is underway

Fire Hydrant Eruption on Hawkeye Way
You might have noticed the fire hydrant eruption that occurred on Hawkeye Way the morning of April 4th. This caused a significant amount of soil erosion and rock debris that extended down Eagle Ridge drive to the Prospect Trail intersection. Many thanks to Adero Villa neighbors for contacting 911 to contain the water loss and perform some of the debris cleanup before Agave Landscaping arrived on Monday morning to finish the job.
