Irrigation System Repairs

We recently learned that the Parcel 8's irrigation system requires significant repair. The main controller unit failed, which impacted the watering schedules for Buckboard Court and Campsite Court properties. After replacing the hardware, additional system troubleshooting revealed that a large number of valves also require replacement. The Board recognizes the urgency of maintaining a relaible irrigiation system and has authorized the complete repairs. Work is underway and is expected to continue for the next few weeks.
