Dear Neighbors,
As our community-wide project to prune our 181 common area trees continues, we are seeing significant progress in maintaining the health and aesthetics of our shared landscape. While this current project focuses on specific community trees, we know several of you have expressed interest in professional trimming for trees located within your entryways or fenced backyards.
Introducing a Professional Resource
During the course of our current project, we have worked closely with Daniel Capps, the onsite tree department manager and arborist overseeing the community work. Daniel is an expert in his field and has gained an intimate understanding of the tree species and needs specific to our community over the past several days.
Because Agave (our primary maintenance provider) focuses exclusively on commercial and large-scale HOA projects, we learned that they do not provide services for individual residential yards. However, Daniel operates a separate professional tree trimming and consulting company that serves residential homeowners directly.
If you are looking for professional pruning that ensures community uniformity and long-term tree health, you are welcome to contact him:
