CC&R Amendment Vote Results

Dear Neighbors,

Thank you to everyone who attended yesterday’s Special Meeting via Zoom to address the proposed CC&R amendment to incorporate side yard maintenance into our landscaping service schedule.  We are pleased to announce that the proposed CC&R amendment has officially passed.

Total Votes: 38

YES Votes: 37

NO Votes: 1

With 37 "YES" votes, we have successfully reached the 2/3 majority (30 votes) required to adopt the CC&R amendment.  This change ensures our community governing documents are now in full alignment with our current landscaping contract and liability insurance policies.
