This is a reminder to join us for our Special Meeting regarding the proposed CC&R amendment. To keep things simple, we have provided the meeting details and a brief summary of the vote below.

What Are We Voting On?

The proposed change is narrowly focused on our side yard landscaping.

Currently, our CC&Rs only allow the community's landscaping contractor to work up to the front line of your home. This amendment expands that responsibility to include the side yards up to your rear fence line. This change ensures our community governing documents accurately align with our current landscaping contract and our liability insurance policies. 

 Your participation is important! We need a 2/3 majority (30 “YES” votes) for this proposal to pass.

Two Ways to Vote

If you have already voted, thank you!  If not, please proceed as follows:

Vote Electronically: You can vote online until 5:00 PM Tuesday, May 5. Refer to the previous communications from AAM for your specific electronic voting link.

Vote at the Meeting: If you miss the electronic voting deadline, you may still cast your vote during the Zoom meeting on Wednesday.
